A classy, sexy dame hired me to find this girl, who was hiding inside the video game world of Metal, — the best fucking net deep-dive, MMO Action RPG in the world. So, in a way, the classy dame was paying me to play. Yay!

The girl was part of this rich dude’s harem, stole some sensitive data from him and was now trying to sell it — which would have dire consequences, I was told. To get their trust, I needed to help them finish a strike, because the divas couldn’t finish one without a complete party. *Why can’t they make MMOs single-player?* Thus, I had to make pretty with this group of exhibitionist noobs, and fight my way through waves of monsters, before my lead ran cold.

So, there was a crossbow involved after all.
